Katherine Schultz, cello, joins Miriam in a dynamic and engaging duo. Having played together for over ten years, they are committed to crafting programs that display the depth of sound and musicianship they have developed together as principal musicians in the Portland Chamber Orchestra as well as chamber music partners in festivals throughout Oregon.

Their vibrant programs include Beethoven’s Duo nicknamed “the Eyeglasses”, plus music by Walter Piston, JS Bach, Hindemith, Lutoslowski, and Bright Sheng, Missy Mazzoli, and commissions including Oregon composer Makenna Bach.
